Therapy

Therapy is a space where we talk about whatever you wish to bring.

 

Anyone can come to therapy at any time in their life, and in any circumstance.

 

To feel happier, to understand yourself better, to deal with a specific issue, or simply to have somewhere you feel able to talk, to communicate with someone and be truly listened to.

​

Some people feel only a few sessions are needed, some people feel longer term is right for them, and others dip in and out of therapy.  There is no right or wrong and together we will find the rhythm that works for you.
